MonorailThe monorail system is a cost effective choice with all the advantages of the Lyftman LR-System. The monorail serves a working area along a straight line when there is no demand for sideways transportation. The modular design of the LR-System allows for extensions and additions to create an x-y system anytime. |

Single girder crane steelThe single girder crane system is the most popular type of industrial installation. This system covers a rectangular (x-y) working area. Multiple girders are typically used when the system covers more than one working station. With multiple girders the complete system can either be dimensioned to handle the heaviest weight, or buffers/stops can be used to separate the working areas. |

Single girder crane aluminiumBoxes of eggs are palletized using a vacuum lifter in a crane aluminium system with both girder and bridge in aluminium profile. The low weight of the system is a great advantage for the operator who moves the crane bridge manually. |
|||
Twin girder craneA twin girder crane system is the heavy-duty choice. The twin girders are welded together in a triangular construction to stabilize operation when handling loads up to 1500 kg. The twin girder crane is optionally equipped with motorized trolleys to automate the traveling motion of the girder and/or hoist. The two-speed motorized trolleys can be equipped with a frequency converter for more options. |

Floor mounted constructions
The Lyftman LR-system can be suspended from free-standing constructions, as shown in the picture. A free-standing construction is flexible and easy to install. |
|||
Combined systemsBy combining steel and aluminium profiles an optimized system is created. The steel profiles are used for fixed installations and the aluminium profiles for operational parts. For extra wide bridge span a triple profile gantry system is a good choice. |
|||
Low built systemsThe low built crane system is a compact solution, designed to allow a maximum possible vertical hook stroke in areas with low headroom. The special low built construction holds the girder and gantry at the same level. |

Jib cranes light weight goodsWith a correct choice of jib crane, it is possible to work very quickly with a minimum of manual force. A manually operated jib is most effective when the outer part (2/3) of the arm is used. The total length of the arm should not exceed what is needed to cover the working area. |

Jib cranes sack liftingSacks are often lifted in the food and plastic industries. Most common is the manual lifting and moving of sacks from pallet and into the production line. This is extremely strenuous work, often combined with turning motions, over a small area. A tube lifter in a jib crane, column- or wall mounted, is a perfect solution. A knuckle-jib improves operational space in small areas. A low built jib builds only 300 mm at the point of installation. The column height can be custom made to fit into spaces with low headroom. Available for loads up to 40 kg. |

Top Jib cranes miscellaneousFor repetitive, stationary lifting situations, a jib crane is the perfect solution. If there is no wall or column construction available for the installation, the column can be delivered from TAWI. Ergonomic lifting of heavy stones by one person is possible with a vacuum lifter in a Lyftman jib crane. |
